Someone from the subreddit was asking about Mata Varahi Devi. There is already extensive material available online about the Divine Mother, so I won’t repeat what is commonly known. I have personally undertaken few practices connected to her.
The first time I was in Kashi, I wished to visit her temple, but due to a tight schedule & covering many temples within just 3–4 days, it wasn’t possible. It is traditionally said that one must view the deity through a keyhole, as her full energy cannot be withstood in a single direct gaze. I have not deeply explored that dimension, nor have I inquired into aspects that are not meant for public discussion.
Secondly, there exists a specific prayoga of Sri Devi Mata Varahi that is known to restore and stabilize domestic harmony, especially in matters concerning marital relationships. Even if numerous disturbances surround the same area of life, her grace through that practice re-establishes balance. I have tested it personally, and in my experience, it has been completely effective.
If you believe you are experiencing 100% domestic happiness, it is possible you have only seen 1% of what is truly available, while the remaining 99% may be imagination - what we call khayali pulao (building castles in the air). To put it differently, you may think you understand wealth because you have seen a ₹100 note, but you have yet to comprehend what crores truly signify. That vastness - that scale of grace - is what Devi Mata Varahi represents. More about her, perhaps, on another day.
May the Devi always bless and protect.
