👣 The Footprints That Shouldn’t Exist

Now, regarding the subject we are discussing, it deserves proper contemplation. We do not believe in speaking about anything without observation and verification. The subtle body, also known as the linga sharira, has its own structure. What people commonly refer to as the “soul” is, in fact, this subtle body. The soul does not come or go; it cannot be burned by fire, wetted by water, or carried away by air. It is beyond the influence of the five elements, as well as the mind, intellect, and ego.

Just as human beings belong to a particular species, there exist countless other types of entities—such as bhoot ( disembodied consciousness, incomplete transition after death, earth-bound residual ) , pret ( specifically the hunger-state between death and next birth, operating in the Pretaloka, driven by unsatisfied desire/attachment ) , pishachas ( flesh-eaters, operating on the lower Tamasic current, often described as disease-carriers and afflicters, lowest organized consciousness ) , brahma-rakshasas ( a specific category — a being who carried Brahminic knowledge/power but died with it misused or incomplete, now carrying that power in a bound, corrupted form ) , vetalas, ganas, and many more.  This incident occurred at a time when, toward the end of the month, I was the only one handling most of the workload and managing bills. None of my colleagues were coming in; I alone was present during those days.

I was stationed outside on an office visit when on the 25th of that month, I had taken leave due to some work, and I returned on the 26th. On the afternoon of the 27th, I noticed something unusual in the pantry area—there were 3–4 footprints of the right foot, but no corresponding marks of the left foot. These muddy footprints led toward a closed wall and ended there.

I thought of taking a photo and examining it later. At that moment, I was busy speaking with clients, but before leaving in the evening, I took pictures of the marks. As part of my routine, I would wash my hands with cold water near the dispenser before leaving the office. It was the end of the month, everyone was busy, and from the 23rd or 24th until the month’s end, I was the only one regularly coming in and going out since I had to sit and oversee work related to billing.

On the 2nd of the following month, I asked my mother about those footprints. She told me that the place where the building now stands was once a hospital, and even earlier, it used to be a cremation ground. Over time, it has transformed into the present structure. She said those footprints did not belong to any ordinary person—they were the marks of a female pishach (goblin?). And there's as such nothing to worry about it since it isnt trying to do or acting strange to get noticed. It happened randomly with no intent across me or anything. I acknowledge that it is by divine grace that nothing adverse happened, because I would often stay there until 8 PM. And if I have ever spoken about seeing the presence of Goddess Dhumavati, it is that whenever such visions occur, one first perceives numerous subtle entities in the environment. In case of Devi Kali, it's direct vision with open eyes and no as such subtle world phenomena.

However, I had never seen any of them leave physical marks like this. There are many other experiences, but leaving such footprints is something I had never witnessed before. I am sharing the image here as well for all of you to observe and reflect upon. I am not vouching anything for anyone to believe on. My senior dismissed it as footprints of a maintenance guy from the building who has installed the cleaned-up side-fans on the walls. I'd not raised any kind of alarm on this so as others dont feel afraid but when I asked the maintenance guy the other day, he dismissed me as " Sahib, joota aur jurab pehante hai, nange pair kaun chadhega pankha lagane?" ( Sir, we wear shoes and socks, who will climb barefoot to hang those fans? ) Rofl. I leave the rest for others to decrypt since I would not do so much matha-pachi ( Hindi phrase meaning to cudgel one's brains, overthink, or exert significant mental effort to solve a problem. )

Additionally, dont be alarmed by people trying to instill fear instead of knowledge, one such chap shared a photo of a sealed shirt where he was confirming that the Yantra got formed on the shirt many days after it was gifted by a friend. All were pouring in suggestions like do this mantra japa, do that anusthan but when it was checked and confirmed with mother , it came out to be made by an invisible ink  where due to moisture the Yantra started showing up drawn in the shirt. It was man-made Yantra and had no correlation of any entity making it up in the first stand. Too much of chaos in this fear induced world.
