☀️ The Abhijit Window Reset for Midday Power

One of the most powerful yet underutilized time windows of the day falls between 12 PM to 1 PM, known as the Abhijit window—when the Sun’s energy is at its peak.

During this period, take out at least 12 minutes to close your eyes and enter a still, meditative state. You don’t need anything elaborate—just withdraw from external activity and allow your mind and body to settle.

This is the point in the day when your system naturally reaches a peak in activity and output. Without a reset, this peak often leads to a gradual decline in energy, leaving you mentally drained by late afternoon.

By consciously pausing during this window, you allow your system to recalibrate. The mind clears, the body relaxes, and your internal energy stabilizes rather than crashing.

This short intervention creates a second wind for the day. Instead of feeling exhausted after 5 PM, you carry forward a more balanced, sustained level of energy, clarity, and focus.
